Junior Infants will be moving various objects with air

Senior Infants make straw rockets and get a paper clip to float on water

1st Class clean dirty copper coins with orange juice, coke, lemon juice and vinegar and discover vinegar works best. See seperate report in news

2nd Class make a diver with plasticine, a paper clip and a pen top. Some but not all of our pasticine people dive and rise in a plastic bottle

3rd class visit Pearse St Library-see news for the report.

4th Class make fizz inflators and scream with delight when their balloons grow bigger

5th Class clean muddy water with filter paper that works very well and then with stones which takes much longer

6th Class are doing a bacteria test over 1 week testing various surfaces throughout the school
