National Museum
1st Class visit
Wednesday, April 18, 2018 - 11:06 - 12:06

Taxidermy, cartilage and exotic were some of the new words explained to first class while visiting The National Museum of Ireland on Wednesday 18th April .
Strolling down to the museum on the first really sunny day of summer we were greeted by our fabulous guide Geraldine who made the exhibits come alive. Our tour covered from deers and shrews to kangaroo’s and walruses. The girls bombarded Geraldine with fantastic questions and Geraldine in turn answered the captivated audience with so many interesting facts. With great regret we returned to school but promised a return trip in time.
