On Thursday, Ms Carroll’s students had a meditation and mindfulness workshop. We watched a video on ‘filling a bucket’ where we learned that when you are kind to someone you feel good too. After that we listened to a story and had some quiet time with relaxing music. We then came up with ideas for filling someone else’s bucket like smiling at them, giving them a compliment, helping them and other nice things. We made a display so the whole school could get ideas on sharing goodness and kindness with others.
